Please note that the Visa Application Form you are about to complete is a mandatory administrative procedure for the Congress organisers in Hanoi. The Vietnamese authorities will forward an authorisation to the Vietnamese Embassy of your country which allows you to purchase your visa.

Delegates from countries that have not a Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate will be able to collect their visa at the Hanoi Airport.

Please print the Visa Application Form in word format and fax it to the Congress Coordination Office.
