In order to register to the FIAF Congress / SEAPAVAA Conference, you can either fill in the Online Registration Form or print out the FIAF Congress Registration Form or the SEAPAVAA Conference Registration Form and fax it to the Congress Coordination Office in Hanoi (+84-4-7719193)
FIAF CONGRESS FEES
This year, it was agreed to have a unique delegate fee of 100 USD, in order to make it easier to get to Hanoi. The fee will include receptions, organised lunches, excursions, tickets for screenings and scheduled visits, etc.
* In the
case of MEMBERS of FIAF, up to FOUR delegates may attend free of charge.
The fee for additional delegates is 100 USD per person.
* In the case of ASSOCIATE , TWO delegates may attend free of charge. The fee for additional delegates is 100 USD per person. *
The fee for DONORS is 100 USD per person. Payment of the fee should be made direct to the FIAF Secretariat in Brussels, or to the Secretariat representative upon arrival in Seoul.
SEAPAVAA CONFERENCE FEES
Fees for members and non-members are inclusive of conference kits and papers, entitle entry to symposium sessions and general assembly (for SEAPAVAA members), welcome dinner, excursion snacks as well as provision of morning and afternoon teas on the said activities. Fees for the
accompanying persons provide the same entitlements except for the
conference kits, papers, and entry to the symposium sessions and
general assembly. |
